ELECTRIFICATION WORKS @ 8 - 2000
 Wiring cost is calculated in per running feet.
 The cost includes the task of scrapping brick wall and floor to place conduit pipe.
 Materials will be of branded and of good quality.
 High quality PVC conduit pipes with ISI certified will be used.
 Modular switch board will be used for easy maintenance and good appearance.
 Wiring for heavy equipment/appliances will cost more.

Tile, Marble, Granite, SPC, Vinyl and Laminate flooring services @ 18 - 650
 Rate is calculated in square feet & running feet depending on the designs.
 Cost of tile, marble, granite differs with size, design, quality etc
 The labour cost includes cleaning and grouting etc
 Cost of the flooring may varies depending on the designs

Repairing Works
 Repairing includes leakage repairing, checking all fittings and if require replacement of pipeline.

 Cost of wall paper depends on the quality/designs of the wall paper.
 Wall needs to be primer coated beforehand
