Work Context/Background of KokSamLai:
KokSamLai Solutions Private limited is an Information Technology services and solutions provider. We are one of the leading IT Company in Manipur with 8 Software products implemented across 500 Clients in North East India.
Recently KokSamLai Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Has been empaneled as Technical Agency (TA) for implementing SFURTI (Scheme of Fund for Regeneration of Traditional Industries for
1. Khadi & Village Industries Commission (KVIC), Ministry of MSME, Govt of India
2. Tribal Cooperative Marketing Development federation (TRIFED), Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Govt of India
Our team provides various services to organize the traditional industries and artisans into clusters to provide employment for traditional industries. In this regard we are looking for young and dynamic people to work with us to Implement SFURTI Scheme in Manipur to empower our traditionally skill artisan and Make Manipur a productive and self-sustainable State.

Designation: PROJECT MANAGER (2 Nos)
Education Qualification: Graduate OR equivalent relevant qualification (Preference to Master/PG in MSW)
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis of Products and Services
2. Preparation and Structuring of Detail Project Report
3. Responsible for Overseeing Training and Monitoring in relation with Project
4. Responsible for overseeing the development and ex*****on of project deliverables, lead project planning, budgeting, action plans and monitoring processes.
5. Management of comprehensive project documentation
6. Responsible for submitting activity reports, meeting minutes and financial reports on regular basis
7. Regular monitoring visits
8. Any other tasks, as assigned by the Supervisor
9. Project Manager will directly report to Managing Director
Required Skills:
1. Experience in people management and company staffing operations
2. Experience in Documentation and Presentation using MS Office or Similar Software
3. Knowledge of Govt Schemes (Eg., Jan Dhan Yojana, Jana Shree Bima Yojana etc.)
4. Knowledge of Cluster Development
