The design and build should be almost lasting which is our main concept.
Ingrained in a philosophy that kindness purposely with the beauty that shapes home...thoughtful,timeless and quietly grandeur. Our approach on the project is to design spaces with central themes a courtyard,huge openings and an atrium home.Home that allows lights to filter through the every corners of the home throughout the day giving it's self rhythm and glows.
In this concept of the home,the idea came up with its own set of current natural calamities like flood happening off and on ,in the state.Whole plot is divided into two parts,one as parking lot as well as traditional sanggoi and other as elevates for the home.On this elevated area we provide the front courtyard replication from age old traditions with same feelings. With the huge living lounge,pantry and guardian bedroom on the ground floor with elevator connecting the family at all the levels.The most crucial and main needs of the clients which we created is ensuring the spaces with expansion without disrupting the flows of the design.
