Rajkapotasana is commonly known as Pigeon Pose in yoga. It’s a deep hip-opening posture that stretches the thighs, groin, back, and psoas, and can also help release emotional tension stored in the hips.

Precautions:
Avoid if you have knee or hip injuries.
Use a cushion under the hip for support if flexibility is limited.
