Experience- Minimum 5 Yrs

Duties/Responsibilities:
 Work with stakeholders such as HR-Opps , Legal, HRBP , Onboarding teams for smooth flow of
information regarding payroll.
 Responsible for Audit of Payroll function. ( Internal / Statutory / Group Audit / Sox )
 Responsible for Accurate and timely payroll process and all deliverables thereof.
 Statutory compliances: PF, PT, ESI and any other relevant statute.

 Responsible for Payroll cost accounting and reporting.
 Responsible for employee query management through tools and various employee connect
programs.
 Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
 Excellent communication skills.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
 Proficient with payroll software.
Education and Experience:
 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, MBA in Finance or semi qualified CA/ICWAI preferred.
 Four to Eight years of relevant experience in payroll processing in similar industry and size.
