.dabi Is there something in your life that you want to try but haven’t yet because you fear judgement or embarrassment as you’re not the stereotypical person to do it?

For men, this can be yoga. I’d be surprised if most male yogis haven’t been to a class where they are the solo man or at least completely outnumbered by our female counterparts. This isn’t necessarily bad but I’m a big believer in encouraging men to do yoga, to highlight the benefits of a regular yoga practice to all and to break down any potential barriers there may be for us guys to get started.

That’s why I’ve hopped onto the   movement as they’re all for showing that this practice is for everyone and have a goal to connect and encourage other men to do yoga. What’s not to like? Today the challenge was a   so here’s my contribution.
