As MahaRERA was formed with an intention to benefit the customers by creating transparency for their investments, it has become mandatory to follow the rules by every construction company of real estate developer.

Following the norms laid by MahaRERA every developer have to give minimum of 5 years warranty to the customer for the property they have built. Now due to various circumstances, there are chances where the maintenance of the said construction is difficult to manage or provide the services in certain cases and in result the developer have to burn their profits while providing after sales service.

Looking at above scenario we at Engineer Plus have tried to design waterproofing applications with latest technology and with which comes along with a warranty upto 10 YEARS. This will provide every developer a relief.
