From sketching in boarding school notebooks to building his own gear, boats, motorcycles, and campsites, Jean Daniel “Dan” Momin has always believed in doing things his own way. Raised in the forests and hills of Meghalaya, his love for nature, exploration, and self-reliance shaped a life driven by adventure and creativity.

A passionate rider and winner of the CEAT Biker of the Year 2011, Dan went on to lead expeditions, build DIY equipment, create immersive campsites, and inspire people to step beyond the ordinary. Today, after leaving behind a government job, he continues to design spaces, explore the outdoors, and build for those who refuse to live life inside the box.
