Job Profile :

Job Description -
This position requires a substantial amount of presentation, planning, directing or coordinating the work activities to grow the market share and make aware the corporate, colleges and people about the company’s services.
Further duties include:
- Take counseling of the candidates and make them aware with the importance of the services which company provides.
- Scheduled the appointments with the head of corporate organizations and colleges for the workshops and seminars.
- Coordinates a variety of events and programs (e.g. Student assessments, classroom presentations, career fairs, college visits, student placement and follow up) for the purpose of supporting.
- Evaluates program success for the purpose of modifying and/or enhancing program structure, and arrange meetings with all the necessary organization's head.
- Participates in a variety of meetings, workshops and committees organized by the company, for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions and remaining knowledgeable program guidelines.
- Compiles data of target customers from a variety of sources and contact them for counseling.
Person Specification -
- Only Female candidate.
- Degree - Masters are preferable. (Graduates can also apply)
- An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
- *Strong convincing Skills.
- Strong analytically Skills: Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- *Self-starter and self-reliant.
- Adheres to the high standard of business ethics, not to promise anything wrong.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- *Good Communication and Presentation skills.
