That sharp heel pain when you get out of bed?

Do this every morning before you take a single step and evening before sleep:
🦶 Toe yoga — 10 reps each direction
🦶 Short foot — 3 x 10 reps, hold 3 sec
🦶 Tennis ball roll — 60 sec
🦶 Big toe stretch — 3 x 30 sec hold
🦶 Eccentric calf raises — 3 x 15 slow reps
10 minutes. Every morning. Before you stand up.
Every evening. Before you go to bed.
