Job Description


Role & Responsibility:

• Oversee and execute all accounting activities, at the same time responsible for meeting weekly/monthly/annual deadlines for the preparation of financial books of accounts.
• Takes charge of inputting annual budgets into the business’s accounting system
• Maintaining financial books and records for the business, performs general ledger end-of-period close activities inclusive of account reconciliations, preparation of journal entries.
• Records regular financial analysis results and cash distribution activities for the business’s investments.
• Preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting schedules that are presented to the management.
• Supports management in process improvement, placing focus on the implementation of best practices and establishment of scalable processes.
• Maintains an intimate understanding of the current and developing accounting policies, procedures, and legislation(i.e. government compliances such as GST, TDS, advance taxes, PF, ESIC with Challans etc. are being paid on time) and, which keeps the department within the law at all times.
• Creating, managing and executing the payment cycles with relevant dashboard.
• Ensuring payments (Vendor payments, compliances, salaries etc.) are done within stipulated timeframe.

Background

• Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Tally(accounting software) and databases
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to direct and supervise
• Must be around 25-30years of age.

Industry –Any Manufacturing, Construction preferred
Qualification – Graduates, Tally Certified,
