We are Looking for Site Supervisor
Job Description
Role & Responsibility:
• Collaborating with Project Managers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
• To follow the Ex*****on / working plan, Quality Checklist, Critical stages list, Safety measures List, Maintain List of Records at Site and written instructions on procedures to be followed to Contractor; To Coordinate for Material requirement in advance with Project Head; Coordinate with Project Head to ensure the Quality Safety and Profitability of the Project
• To oversee construction workers, contractors. To ensure that they all contribute to the projects while performing their duties and meeting the demands of each project.
• Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Plan inspections and obtain construction permits from local authorities
• Implement safety and quality guidelines
• Order the appropriate equipment and arrange for regular maintenance
• Keep track of material stock and orders
• Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly
• Resolve on-site issues and emergencies
• Ensure various checklists are maintained and logged
• Ensure the completion is within the defined timeframes
Background
• Previous experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar role
• Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites
• In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
• Familiarity with construction/ project management software
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A team player with leadership abilities
Desired Profile
Industry – PEB, Construction, Warehousing, Turnkey solution, Real estate
Qualification – Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field; Master’s degree is a plusor equivalent certification will be an advantage, Civil Engineer,
Compensation will not be a constraint for the deserving candidate.
