We’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and not afraid to think beyond the obvious. Someone who enjoys going the extra mile—not because they have to, but because they want to.

At Rias, you won’t just be working on designs—you’ll gain hands-on exposure to diverse crafts from across the country, some you may be discovering for the very first time.

The outcome of an eighteen-month collaboration with skilled artisans from Srikalahasti, Andhra Pradesh, it reflects a rigorous process from concept to completion.
