MB Educational Institute Organizes Environmental Awareness Rally in Ganderbal

To mark World Environment Day 2026, the students and staff of MB Educational Institute (MBEI) in Wayil, Ganderbal, came together to organize a massive environmental awareness rally. Marching from Wayil to Manigam Park, the participants actively engaged with the local community, holding banners and placards that advocated for urgent climate action, waste reduction, and sustainable living practices.The Chairman of the institute addressed the gathering, emphasizing that safeguarding natural resources is a collective responsibility required to secure the well-being of future generations. He encouraged the students to act as lifelong green ambassadors. The rally successfully concluded at Manigam Park, where the participants took a solemn pledge to minimize pollution, protect local forests, and seamlessly adopt eco-friendly habits in their daily lives.
