I have been wondering all this while why the momos i have been making werenot enough juicy from inside like the ones i eat from outside. So after watching numerous Yt channels i finally figured it out that soy sauce and ghee does magic to momos you make at home.
For the stuffing, i took chicken (boneless), pressure cooked it. Take fresh minced chickenif it's available. Use that boiling water after straining it to make the soup. Then i took out my chopper, and minced chicken, added onion, ginger, soy sauce, salt, black pepper powder, ghee. Gave it a good mix. Then kept it aside.
For the dough, take maida, add salt and water. Donot make the dough dry.
For the chutney, boil tomatoes, garlic cloves and green chillies. Peel its outer layer after its done and then put all of this in grinder and add salt to it.
For the soup, use knorr packet if you run out of patience level after doing all of this. And if you still feel energetic after doing this then take chicken broth, add veggies of your choice, not too much though (carrot, capsicum, spring onion). Then add salt and black pepper powder. Add one spoon of soy sauce. Bring it to boil. Then add corn flour mix (two tablespoon) to one small bowl of water. Add this to soup and keep stirring. Taste it and balance salt and spice in accordance to your taste.
Tadaaaa done!!
