A two-day National Seminar on the theme "India and its Neighbourhoods Relations: Achievement Opportunities, Challenges and Changing Realities" is being organized by the Department of Political Science, Kalimpong College, in collaboration with Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA) on 27th and 28th March 2026.
