An enlightening Book Launch & fireside chat event by Women's Collective Forum (WCF) and Government Law College (GLC) Mumbai on Education Reform and Delivery across the UK and Indian Systems that featured Chairperson of Alliance for Global Good Advisor WCF (also Former Union Cabinet Minister of HRD, I & B, Women and Child Development,
Minority Affairs amongst others) Smriti Zubin Irani ji, Former UK Schools Minister Sir Nick Gibb, Chief Commissioner of Income Tax Mumbai Dr. Vikram Sahay and GLC Principal Dr Asmita Vaidya ma'am.

Learned about amazing books like "Chaukat Kaydyachi" by Dr. Asmita Vaidya ma'am (Laws simplified- I need to get it as it wasn't available at the venue), and added two books to my collection- "Reforming Lessons" by Sir Nick Gibb (How the UK reformed education system so everyone can read), and "Educating the Educator" by Dr. Vikram Sahay sir (on how the New Education Policy - NEP 2020 was shaped and how it shaped the new India).

The exhibition on the theme, "Government Law College,
Mumbai: Journey from Colonization to Globalization” was also very educational and we could see some rare books too.

I was introduced to the 's Pratibimb Theatre Fest thanks to Director, Actor, Writer and Teacher sir's Theatre Spectrum Workshop (May 2025) about Theatre Acting that taught me about improving voice (I still do those funny exercises daily), acting, Theatre presence and most importantly, how to live our lives. I met many artists and awesome human beings. Thus, I recommend attending Pratibimb 2026 and also watching Sachin Shinde sir's plays to learn more about Theatre and expressing yourself. Thank you, Sachin sir, Rajeshri Shinde ma'am, NCPA and Pratibimb Team!

Spend your weekend right. Kudos to the Dhurandar team on making a movie that's intentionally violent yet successful! Watch it - for lessons in acting, filmmaking, casting, music choice, editing and how the taste of people is changing over time when it comes to cinema.

People don't read caption so they won't read that I didn't watch it yet thanks to events, studies and other commitments but will watch it for sure once things get a less busy.
