18% tax has been imposed on Air freight, where as there was no tax earlier......CIF business from india will surely suffer and now consignee will take shipments on FOB basis only.

Nhavasheva Mumbai terminal JNPT would remain closed for 40 days approx, it would be a curse for all exporters and importers............lets see how only GTIL would be able to control the things, Fingers crossed...........!!!!!!!!!!!!
