Dr. Shipra Mathur did her Ph.D in alternative medicine. She did her P.G in clinical nutrition from IPH, Delhi. She did her P.G.D in wellness management, Hyderabad. For the past 14 years she has been working as CHIEF NUTRITIONIST& FITNESS CONSULTANT at Perfect Point ( National chain of Weight Management &Skin Clinics) in Sarvodaya Nagar,Kanpur. People have not only reduced 55 kgs of body weight under her supervision but also got relief from a lot of medical ailments like high blood pressure, diabetes , cadiac problems arthritis and the like. Even handicapped and polio cases have been tackled by her successfully. She has handled cases of all age groups i.e, from 9 to 70+ years.
She is a regular columnist in Times of India, Dainik Jagran. Hindustan times etc. Her lectures on Nutrition & Lifestyle are regularly delivered at IIT, Kanpur &G.S.V.M Medical college for students and faculty both as well as other Degree colleges of Kanpur.
