i) Shooting in Digital Format using Full HD Digi Beta Cameras.

ii) The Script is to be prepared through professional/ renowned script writer in consultation with dEPARTMENT.

iii) Locations for Fresh Shooting: 1. Shimla(Himachal Pradesh) 2. Nathpa (Himachal Pradesh) NIQ-Corporate Film Page 2 of 6 3. Jhakri (Himachal Pradesh) 4. Bayal (Himachal Pradesh) 5. Sunni (Himachal Pradesh) 6. Naitwar Mori (Uttrakhand) 7. Khirwire (Maharashtra) 8. Charanka & Sadla(Gujarat) 9. New Delhi The Boarding and lodging has to be arranged by Agency.

iv) Music to be incorporated for the film in accordance with theme and approval of Department.

v) Voice Over by a Renowned Artist.

vi) High quality sound recording on digital format.

vii) Animation with 3DMax/Computer Graphics/Layering/Special Effects to be made an integral part of the film.

viii) Editing on HD format. ix) All the Digi Beta DVDs shall be supplied with the desired printed stickers on DVDs (Including 50 copies each of both films)

x) Two edited versions of 5 min & 3 min duration both in Hindi and English are also to be to extracted in both the languages which might include fresh voice over.
xi) The deliverable will include all the rough cut of shooting on DVD.
