Respected Team Confident Group / Esteemed Family Members,

It is with profound shock and deep sorrow that I learned of the tragic demise of Shri C. J. Roy, Managing Director of Confident Group, earlier this evening.
I had the privilege of working with Confident Group during 2011–2013 on the Bangalore projects, which was my very first professional engagement after completing my studies. Those years remain extremely close to my heart. Confident Group was not just an organization to me—it was the foundation of my professional life, and Shri C. J. Roy’s leadership and vision played a significant role in shaping the values I carry even today.
Even today, I continue to feel a deep sense of pride in being an Ex-Confident employee. The professional ethics, discipline, and commitment instilled during my time with the organization continue to guide me in my journey.
The loss is not only irreparable for the Confident Group family but also deeply personal for many of us who had the honor of being part of the organization during our formative years. His contribution to the industry and the institution he built will always be remembered with respect.
I extend my heartfelt condolences to his family, colleagues, and the entire Confident Group fraternity. May the Almighty grant strength, courage, and peace to everyone affected by this unimaginable loss, and may his soul rest in eternal peace.
