Over the last 4 years, I’ve extensively researched around topics covering psychology, conventional management theory, macroeconomics, calculus, ancient and modern philosophies, learnings from a large number of TED talks and readings and most importantly Buddhism.

The output of my research is what I call a new refined management theory – It theoretically shows how a business should actually be run. This is drastically different from the conventional management theory taught in B-schools across the world.

I’ve started freelance mgmt. consulting using my theory and I have 4 clients already. Over the last few weeks, I’ve shared testimonials from them on facebook. I’m sharing one more right now. I don’t want to come across as someone who’s trying to show off/market myself. Anyway, Currently, I’m focused on SMEs and early stage startups. So, I’m not charging them initial consultation fee since they don’t have the paying capacity. But they’ve all taken me on their boards as their strategy partner and given me enough equity. I’m restructuring their business models and once their product hits the market, I’ll be able to earn revenue which I can use to fund product development of products I’m passionate about building. However, this will take time since I’m helping my clients change their product model. In another 4-6 months, I have absolute confidence that my clients will start disrupting the markets they’re in. This is something that will happen in the medium to long term
However, in the short term I need your help with something from all of you.

I’ve launched my company – InfinityWorx. All products/services launched by InfinityWorx work on an infinite loop customer satisfaction model where we keep on iterating on a loop with the customer until the customer is happy and the customer does not need to pay a single rupee until the customer is happy. (Yes! You read that right )

Career Axelerator is the first product by InfinityWorx – Resume consulting for employed MBA grads finding it create a CV affecting their career. I’ve already served a few customers. I’m attaching 3 reviews from my clients. More reviews can be found on the product page. In addition to my mgmt. consulting client testimonials, this again shows that my theory actually works.

The revenue I generate from this first venture is being parallely invested in developing extremely good quality online education products and will be brought to market at a very minimal price. Specifically, I’m developing a product to compete with Byju’s learning. I feel the quality of Byju’s content can be improved a lot and the price the end customer pays is too much. It is not affordable for everyone. Using revenues from my first venture, I’ll fund my second venture and bring the product to market again on an infinite loop customer satisfaction model where the end customer does not have to pay unless they’re happy with the product. Since the product that I will be launching to compete with Byjus will be higher quality content at cheaper price I can tap the entire market. Slowly and gradually, quality education will be made available at a cheap cost. This will not just be via the digital medium. This will also include physical school infrastructure improvements and better one to one teaching , even if this means paying teachers much higher than what they’re earning now since I’ll have funding from my previous ventures to help me doing this. So, in education also, my objective is to bring really good products/services at cheap price so that the entire market comes to me.

Using revenues from the second venture, parallel, I’ll invest in affordable quality healthcare solutions and crack it just like the how education was solved for. Even if it means paying the nurses much higher salary and still subsidizing the service for the end customer, revenues from my previous venture will enable me do that.

Next would be affordable housing, energy, clean tech, traffic solutions etc. Likewise, take every sector humans face problems, crack one problem completely at scale and use revenues to crack the other problems within that sectors and this will keep on giving more revenues which can be invested within and across sectors to create better products at cheaper prices for the end customer.

A source of stress/lack of peace in one individual is a business opportunity for another individual. So, using the above logic, people will gradually be relieved of stress which increases their productivity which leads to an economic boom. Now, the revenues gained from all this will be further invested back in product development to create better products at cheaper prices and this logic will run infinitely until we’ll have a free world with people are relieved of stress.

My initial focus will be on digital assets/consumer-tech products, which are used primarily by the rich. And then the revenues from that will be used to fund products/services in the physical assets which will uplift the poor. So, essentially, the theory uses the money from the rich to uplift the poor to create a free and equal world.

Might sound theoretical for you but the work has already started. I have 4 clients in the consumer tech space and I've launched a product in the consumer tech space myself.

Like I mentioned, a source of stress/lack of peace in one individual is a business opportunity for another and my theory solves for both at one shot. This is the reason my professor mentioned that my work has the potential to make me a double nobel prize winner - In peace and economics. To be honest, i really don't care about those recognition. It's the positive societal impact that matters to me.

And I’m writing a paper to be published in the Harvard Business Review publication. However, the academic route will take time and I want to create positive impact without delays

How can you help?
In the short term,I need more customers to serve for my resume consulting business. Since it’s a new service that’s currently not there in the market, I wanted to create awareness about the same.
