Requirements:
• Proven working experience as an Architect for at least 2 Years
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software like Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop, etc.
• Strong Imagination and ability to think and create in 3-Dimensions
• Visual awareness and an eye for detail
• Good Communication and Project Management Skills

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Control projects from start to finish to ensure high quality , innovate and functional design.
• Develop Ideas keeping in mind Clients’ needs, buildings usage and its environmental impact
• Verify and make necessary corrections accordingly
• Keep-up within timelines
• Ensure all works are carried out to specific standards, Building Codes, Guidelines and Regulations
• Make onsite visits (whenever required) to check on the project status and report on it
• Cooperate and liaison with construction professionals/ allied consultants
• Follow Architectural Trends and Advancements
