🔹 1. Senior Node.js Backend Developer
Experience: 5–8 Years
Location: Kolkata (On-site)
Salary: ₹80,000 per month
Position Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joining

Key Responsibilities:
-> Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js
-> Design RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
-> Work with databases (MongoDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL)
-> Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams
-> Ensure performance, security, and code quality

Required Skills:
-> Strong expertise in Node.js and JavaScript
-> Experience with backend frameworks and APIs
-> Knowledge of databases and server-side architecture
-> Familiarity with Git and Agile methodologies

🔹 2. UI/UX Developer (2 Positions)
Experience: 4–6 Years
Location: Kolkata (On-site)
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month
Position Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joining

Key Responsibilities:
-> Design user-friendly interfaces using Figma
-> Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
-> Collaborate with developers to implement designs in React
-> Improve user experience across web applications
-> Maintain consistency in branding and UI standards

Required Skills:
-> Hands-on experience with Figma
-> Working knowledge of React
-> Strong UI/UX principles and design thinking
-> Ability to convert designs into functional interfaces

Team Custobridge had the privilege of attending CII Innovation 2025 at ITC Sonar, Kolkata — a power-packed event that brought together some of India’s most influential industry leaders, innovators, and startup champions.

We had the opportunity to interact with:

✨ Distinguished leaders from Tata Steel, Indian Army, GRSE, Adani AI Labs, Brandworks Technologies, and more.

One of the most inspiring takeaways was the candid story shared by Mr. Chandra Shekhar Ghosh — how he left a “secure” ₹5,000 job despite resistance from his family, to pursue his vision. That leap eventually grew into the ₹5,000+ crore Bandhan Group. A masterclass in courage and conviction.

Young leaders like Ms. Nikita Kumawat (Brandworks Technologies) reminded us that experimentation is essential — her team worked on 10 ideas, killed 7, and nurtured 3 into success.

Mr. Angshuman Bhattacharya shared the journey of building a data analytics product that was later acquired by Adani AI Labs — proof that Indian innovation is scaling globally.

From the Defence front, Col. Rohit Gupta highlighted how the Indian Defence ecosystem actively engages startups to co-build next-gen technologies.

We were equally inspired by Dr. Tapan Misra, who left his secure role at ISRO to build Sisir Radar, a pioneer in SAR systems across terrestrial, aerial and space platforms.

In the Masterclass, Dr. Subhrangshu Sanyal decoded what makes a perfect Teaser Deck and Investor Pitch — invaluable insights for any startup seeking scale.

The Fireside Chat between Mr. Harshavardhan Neotia and Mr. Jimmey Tangree opened a beautiful perspective from Mr. Neotia:
When the mind is calm like a pond with settled mud, in which fishes are visible, ideas become visible — even in tense situations, if we try to pacify our anger and think silently.
- A simple yet powerful leadership philosophy.

The day concluded with productive B2B meetings, giving startups like us a platform to explore real collaborations.
