14 years I spent as an employee — learning the technology, understanding the market, earning trust one relationship at a time. In 2015, I backed myself and started my own company. 11 years later, we are still here. Still growing.

One of the most important lessons across this entire journey: you cannot give someone character. You can give them opportunity, training, exposure, trust — and you should, generously, without hesitation. But character? That they either bring with them, or they don't.

I have seen people rise beautifully inside this organisation — and I have seen some choose a different path. Both experiences made me sharper. To those who chose shortcuts — I hold no anger. Anger is expensive, and I have a business to run. I only hope that someday, when you sit on the other side of the table, you understand what it cost the person who believed in you.

That understanding will make you better. I genuinely wish that for you.
