Ingredients –
For Salad-
Curd
Cucumber
Onion
Minced garlic
Roasted cumin powder

For Herb Rice-
Oil
Garlic
Cooked rice

For Paneer marination-
Paneer
Turmeric powder
Red chilli powder
Coriander powder

Ingredients –
For Cucumber Salad-

Thick curd or Greek yogurt

Veggies – Carrot, coloured bell peppers, Green Beans, Boiled Corns

For Masala Paneer-

4. Kala chana salad rice bowl-
Ingredients-
For chilli garlic dahi tadka-
3-4 garlic
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tbsp oil or ghee
1/2 tsp hing
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 chopped onion
7-8 curry leaves
1/4 tsp haldi
1 tsp@coriander powder
Salt to taste
1 cup fresh curd

For salad-
1/2 cup boiled Kala chana
1/2 cup fried paneer
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup chopped carrot
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1 tbsp green chutney (optional)
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp chaat masala
