A great realization today (thanks to stuff browsed on Youtube),.....a change in the boiling process of the chickpeas delivers a whole new and significantly better taste as an output.

SMALL CHANGES DELIVER GREAT RESULTS !!!!

Well that's been the realization. Whether in life or work or cooking.....it's those small changes that need to be made to deliver significantly different and better results.

Take for example:

Work.....planning out the day's work priorities for 10 mins at the beginning of the day.

Health.....exercising for 15 mins no matter what.

Relationships....making that phonecall and chatting up for 10 mins with a different person each day.

Finances....putting aside a sum of money every month in a planned manner into investments.

Spirituality....meditating for 10 mins a day.

If one is able to take care of the above areas of life, more or less things are sorted.

*for those with culinary inclination.....boil the chickpeas with a pinch of baking soda and Assam tea liquor to taste the difference 😋
