On an aver, 6 tonnes of clinker dust is available per wagon, and 60 wagons are vacated in a day, which means 360 tons of clinker dust escape to the atmosphere. Per year consider 300 days instead of 360 days because of the shutdown. The amount of dust wastage by 108,00 tons.

If it is assumed the price of clinker dust is0 INR 5000 per ton, the losses will be INR 54 Cr. for a wagon tippler with a single bag house. if the bag house is two nos in one wagon tippler, the value will be INR108 Cr.
