Urgent required Accounts Manager(Assistance) position (Female)
Asst. Accounts Manager responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures. A successful Asst. Accounts Maneger combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts. The ideal candidate has also experience collaborating and/or managing a team of Accountants and Junior Accountants.

Eligibility ;

B. Com/M. Com with 5 years relevant experience in reputed organization.

Responsibilities

Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers

Job Responsibility :
As a Commies you are responsible for the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:
•Support the Demi Chef de Partie or Commies I in the daily operation and work
•Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie
•Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel
•Control food stock and food cost in his section
•Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen or satellites
•Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks
•Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
•Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
