The IDG announces its 122nd Session with Ms. Aishwarya Bharti, Additional Solicitor General and Senior Advocate in the Supreme Court of India. The topic for the session is "Death Penalty in R**e: A Necessary Evil?".

The youngest woman advocate to be designated as a Senior Advocate by the Supreme Court of India, Ms. Bharti has passionately fought for women’s rights, children’s rights, rights of persons with disabilities and has also been a crusader advocate for anti-tobacco litigation.
