CMI formed in 1996, has been in institutional training & placement since inception, regulatory training since 2001 as accredited Training Institute of IRDAI, vocational training since 2009 as registered Training Provider under NCVT, skill development & entrepreneurship since 2015 as affiliated Training Provider under Utkarsh Bangla, and now approved Training Partner of NSDC Skill India.

CMI since been conducting skill development & entrepreneurship training under Govt. & CSR sponsored projects, complementing human resources, organisational development & work place intervention for institutional clients & individuals since inception.

CMI flagship work includes employment training & entrepreneurship development for front line roles in Sales, Customer Services, Back Office & Accounts covering sectors Banking & Insurance, Retail & FMCG, and BPO.
