Some moments stay with you long after the camera stops rolling, there are times when even the cameraman cant stop smiling and admiring. This was one such episode.

I had the honour of hosting Mr. Chandra Shekhar Ghosh, Founder of Bandhan Bank, on the Finomatic Talk Show — and I must say, I came back deeply inspired.

A man who left his job in his forties, started with almost nothing, and went on to build one of India’s most remarkable banking institutions.

But what impressed me even more than the scale of his success was his simplicity.

His humility. His clarity. His absolute groundedness.

For nearly 90 minutes, he spoke with rare honesty — about struggle, risk, discipline, trust, people, and the mindset required to build something meaningful.
