This is a modern, multi-story commercial and residential structure characterized by a clean, geometric design and warm ambient lighting. The building is titled ‘Kadaplackal Complex ’ and features a distinctive, large overhanging roof with a wood-finished soffit. The architecture follows a contemporary functionalist style.
Ground Floor and First Floor levels are designed for commercial use, featuring 8 large bays secured with rolling shutters. A paved forecourt provides ample space for parking and foot traffic.
While the top floor features a private balcony area tucked under the dramatic roofline. Two apartments located at the basement level. These are likely positioned below the main commercial grade, utilizing the site's topography.
The building uses a neutral palette of white and grey masonry. A curved, multi-level stairwell on the left side connects the floors.
