We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can expand our market presence and build a strong sales team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities
Generate leads through calls, field visits, and networking
Meet clients and present company solutions
Build, train, and manage a business development team
Travel across districts, states, and other countries for business expansion
Maintain strong client relationships and follow-ups
Achieve sales targets and revenue growth

🔹 Requirements:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively (Districts / States / Country level)
Leadership and team development skills
Basic knowledge of IT / Software services preferred
Freshers with strong confidence and ambition can apply
