We have had a whopping start to 2025 here at the RISE school, launching a brand new Bengali curriculum for 200 students! Our doors are always open to new students from class 5-10 from rural communities in and around Krishnagar - come join us today 💛

Our innovative ‘Yearn to Learn’ curriculum has benefited over 650 students who are first generation learners living below the poverty line, like Archana here. Families like Archana’s on average earn just £60 a month.

The RISE School works at grassroots level to provide free literacy classes for 10-18 years olds; we also invest our time in supporting families, running empowerment programmes and mentoring opportunities for the children.
