We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive with 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒔𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝑷𝒂𝒊𝒅 𝑨𝒅 𝑪𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒊𝒈𝒏𝒔, 𝑺𝑬𝑶, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑺𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑴𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒂 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and brand visibility.

𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔
• Paid Advertising (Google & Meta Ads)
• Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on:
• 𝑮𝒐𝒐𝒈𝒍𝒆 𝑨𝒅𝒔 (𝑺𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉, 𝑫𝒊𝒔𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒚, 𝑹𝒆𝒎𝒂𝒓𝒌𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈)
• 𝑭𝒂𝒄𝒆𝒃𝒐𝒐𝒌 & 𝑰𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎 𝑨𝒅𝒔
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and
budget optimization.
• Track and analyze campaign performance & ROI.
• Prepare weekly and monthly ad performance reports.

𝑺𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉 𝑬𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝑶𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒊𝒛𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 (𝑺𝑬𝑶)
• Perform keyword research, on-page & off-page optimization.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for SEO.
• Work with writers/designers to create SEO-friendly content.
• Track website metrics using 𝑮𝒐𝒐𝒈𝒍𝒆 𝑨𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒚𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒔, 𝑺𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒐𝒍𝒆,
𝑺𝑬𝑴𝒓𝒖𝒔𝒉, 𝑨𝒉𝒓𝒆𝒇𝒔, 𝒆𝒕𝒄.
• Prepare SEO reports & improvement recommendations.

𝑺𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑴𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒂 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕
• Develop monthly social media strategy & content calendar.
• Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives.
• Publish content across platforms:
• Manage engagement, community interactions, and page growth.
• Track performance using insights and analytics.

𝑹𝒆𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 & 𝑨𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒚𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒔
• Prepare performance reports for SEO, ads, and social media.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights.

𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝑺𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔
• Strong understanding of 𝑮𝒐𝒐𝒈𝒍𝒆 𝑨𝒅𝒔 & 𝑴𝒆𝒕𝒂 𝑨𝒅𝒔.
• Solid knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page/off-
page/technical).
• Proficiency in social media marketing and content planning.
• Hands-on experience with:

• Keyword & SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush etc.)
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven working style.
