A nursing assistant, also known as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Healthcare Assistant, provides direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals. They assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort and safety, and help with basic medical tasks.

मच्छरों के काटने से बचें:

मच्छरों के पनपने के स्थानों को हटाएं. घर के आस-पास पानी जमा न होने दें. पुराने टायर, प्लास्टिक के कप, बोतलों, आदि में पानी इकट्ठा न होने दें. पानी की टंकी को पूरी तरह ढंक कर रखें.

मच्छर भगाने वाली दवाओं का इस्तेमाल करें.

ढीले-ढाले, लंबी आस्तीन वाले शर्ट और पैंट पहनें.

खिड़कियों और दरवाज़ों पर मच्छरदानी और स्क्रीन का प्रयोग करें.

सोते समय मच्छरदानी का प्रयोग करें.

मच्छरों को आकर्षित करने वाली गंध से बचें:

पसीने को हटाने के लिए अक्सर नहाएँ.

बिना खुशबू वाले परफ्यूम और क्रीम का इस्तेमाल करें.

डेंगू के मरीज़ों के लिए आहार:
खूब सारे तरल पदार्थ पिएं, जैसे पानी, ओरल रिहाइड्रेशन सॉल्यूशन (ओआरएस), साफ़ सूप और नारियल पानी.
संतुलित आहार लें.
