Granular cell change!

Large eosinophilic granular cells seen normally in oxyphils, oncocytes etc. and rarely in pathologic human tissues like Granular cell Ameloblastoma, cell Odontogenic Tumor.
Granular cell change may be due to Lysosomal overload representing changes in long standing tumor while another school of thought follows more aggressive course of the tumor.
A case of long standing Odontogenic keratocyst (OKC) with appreciable granular cell change.
