Position Name: Plant Head

Job Location : KANPUR

Job Purpose:

Plan, organize and control the plant operations in most cost-effective manner with consistently high

product quality and improvement of operating parameters to meet business objectives.

Desired Qualification & Experience:

Senior Management Professional with B. Tech (specialized in any domain) having 10-15 years of

experience in relevant field.

Sound knowledge on Quality Systems, Lean manufacturing concepts would be an added advantage

Age: 35 to 55 years

Desired Candidate Profile

Span of Control

To head the Manufacturing Operations of the Company.

Manufacturing operations include Production Planning, Manufacturing, Quality

Management, Industrial and Process Engineering, Materials, Industrial Relations, Personnel and

internal Logistics for two (Kanpur & Bangalore) plants of the company.

Managing customer complaints and engaging with customer on new product development.

KRAs

• Effective utilization of the capacity of the plant

• Improve existing Production Processes for productivity improvement

• To achieve Customer Quality Assurance

• To ensure resources (Manpower, Plant and machinery) are effectively utilized.

• To monitor and control cost as per Budget.

• To bring Cost reduction through continuous productivity improvement To meet Inventory Turns

as per agreed norms

• To adhere all statutory norms

• To ensure facilities to improve employee morale

• To develop subordinates and their career plan and subsequent training needs.

• Ensure participation of employees in Culture Building movement to bring in excellence to the

plants.
