Sarson ka Saag (or sarson da saag) is a peppery, pungent and deeply nutritious Punjabi dish made from mustard greens (sarson) and spices such as ginger and garlic. It is a favorite during the cold North Indian winters, especially when paired with Makki Ki Roti.
