Saving of Tax on arrears of Salary U/section 89(1). File Form 10E.

Please note that, while preparing Form 10E, arrears of the particular year must be clubbed with the total income from all sources as furnished in ITR during filing ITR not from Form 16.

we have observed the same mistake in the cases received for checking.
