I am writing this post as since my past few rides with I have observed that the vehicle details which I get in the uber app while booking a ride differs from the actual vehicle which comes at my location.
Also specifically with I have major concerns as they literally drive very roughly at night and when asked to slow down the speed they are not ready to listen.

What is the point of getting the vehicle details and OTP verification if the details doesn’t even match and also this breach the safety of the passenger who is travelling.

I think this is a serious issue and should be taken care on an immediate basis..
