Principal Responsibilities:
· The candidate should have good knowledge of the real estate industry.
· Responsible for real estate sales, revenue strategies, marketing, and training.
· To sell high and luxury residential projects.
· To build and preserve trusting relationships with our premier customers.
· Can easily handle the team size approx. 5 to 10 people sales team.
· Oversee day-to-day business operations.
· Communicate and embody the company vision and values.
· Evaluate employee performance and provide additional coaching and support as needed.
· Calling and fixing meeting with clients.
· Hardcore Sales Performer in Direct Sales in the assigned territory for generating sales.
· Communication skills are key to increasing management's effectiveness with both superiors and subordinates.
· Time management skills are important in prioritizing tasks to ensure that projects are completed by deadlines and streamlining processes to maximize productivity
· Negotiation and mediation skills are necessary for finding opportunities to resolve conflicts.
· Follow up on leads generated through various mediums.
· Convert walk-ins to sales with high efficiency
· Channel Partner Management
· Strong experience in the real estate brokerage industry
· Knowing the Gurgaon Real-Estate market
· Should be a Go Getter, Team Player, and Target Oriented
