Here is 'twin court villa', a 2200 sqft residence designed for tropical Kerala setting. The hip roof helps the house stay connected to the tropical setting of the house.

As the name suggests, the house features two courtyards. Each with a unique feel and character, ensuring the connection to nature giving away that unplugged feel in the indoors, all the while, staying within 2200 sqft.
