We have a proud distinction to Design and Manufacture India's first indigenous Horizontal Continuous Casting Line of Copper and Copper Base Alloys for making strips.
The strips range from 16mm to 20mm thickness and from 425mm to 650 mm wide.
We also have installed the largest plant in India recently.
Our plant has best energy efficiency in terms of units consumed per /tonne of alloy as well as the amount of burning losses.
Controlled entirely by PLC the entire process operation is precisely controlled and timed with a human friendly interface to work with.
The sheets produced from this line meet international standards and can be rolled as low as 0.01mm.
