Is your boiled egg turning greyish-black from inside?

Reasons: You're boiling your egg too much, which is releasing the sulphur in the egg yolks. For a soft boiled egg - boil them for 6-7 mins in boiling water.

Always add a tsp of vinegar to your boiling water. For hard-boiled eggs - Boil them in boiling water in 9-10mins. Never ever exceed boiling eggs for more than 12 minutes.
