As we welcome 2026, I reflect with gratitude on the journey of Navjivan Ayurveda — a mission founded on the extraordinary vision of my father, Late Paramjit Kumar. What began as a humble pursuit has evolved through decades of dedication, learning, and selfless service to humanity.

My father devoted his life to healing and compassion, walking alongside great leaders such as Gandhiji and His Holiness the Dalai Lama, spreading messages of peace, service, and human welfare. Carrying forward his legacy is both an honour and a profound responsibility.

To me, true healing lies in restoring balance — not only of the body, but also of the mind and spirit. Guided by the wisdom of Ayurveda and the values instilled by my father, my mission remains to relieve suffering, nurture wellness, and serve humanity with integrity and compassion.

As the New Year begins, I reaffirm my commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and purposeful service. May 2026 bring health, peace, balance, and harmony to all.
