Drive HR strategies that directly contribute to business growth and workforce efficiency including performance management, compliance, employee engagement, training, digital transformation & talent acquisition

Build a high-performance culture of continuous improvement through performance metrics and workforce analytics, optimize HR processes, and enhance employee experience to improve productivity, retention, and overall business impact

Identify talent needs, develop structured recruitment processes, including SOPs and escalation frameworks, while maintaining cost efficiency.

Implement timely and data-driven performance appraisals, linking outcomes to business success

To implement employee lifecycle including onboarding, induction, HR correspondence, and implement effective retention strategies to reduce attrition and improve employee satisfaction.

Leverage HRMIS and automation tools to streamline HR processes and reporting.

SENIOR MANAGER COMMERCIAL LEASING

Responsible for pre-sales, sales transaction and after sales service; managing optimum occupancy and maximizing revenues for various commercial properties through channel partners as well as direct interaction with clients

Understand the lease/sales brief for every commercial project and analyze the demographics, chargeable area, rentals charged by competition etc.

Prepare a list of potential clients for the various projects/ locations through market data

Identify various channel partners (such as International Property Consultants, Brokers etc.) to be empaneled across locations/micro-locations and develop the strategy to be adopted with each category

Undertake certain marketing initiatives such as design of attractive and informative brochures, mementos, marketing presentations etc

Make an effective sales pitch to clients and undertake discussions/negotiations with them and manage to finalize the deal

Track the renewal timings of lease agreements and decide upon the rent increments

Build, motivate and manage a team

Experience in selling commercial space, understanding of the current industry trends, must possess good negotiation skills, ability to develop and maintain good relationships with Property Consultants, channel partners and brokers

Should know the micro markets in Bangalore and be well connected with Channel Partners (Property Consultants and Brokers) and Clients (Indian and Multinational Companies).
