Baking bread is a therapy for me to unwind my mind from the stress and the chaos , overwhelm that life brings sometimes.
Sourdough baking has taught me many life skills which otherwise we fail to reflect upon…
Some memories are forever treasured !!
To be precise, I started my sourdough journey in the year 2020 … and today I can proudly say I have cracked the secret code to sourdough baking in the year 2025

The journey has been long but worth it !! The by product of this journey is I transformed into a life coach while passionately baking breads in my home studio & taking orders for artisan bread platters and cakes !!
