Global Coach Certification Program

The objectives of YML CMC (YouMeAndLife Coaching Mastery Consortium) & Processes / Actions in place:

Objective 1. Supporting Global Coach Certification Program (GCCP) graduates in completing the coaching practice (500 hours) for ICF PCC credential application:
Process / Action - Coaching Practice in Pairs (Pairs get formed during every Thursday’s Open Forum – 6.30 to 7.00 pm IST, wherein Coaches decide on their partner for the next 20 hours of coaching practice).

Objective 2. Supporting coaches in personal branding and business development:
Process / Action -
i) Website Development - Members to approach Mr Milind Kher for the support & coordinates of the website development agency.
ii) Social Media & Personal Branding Consultancy - Members to approach Mr Milind Kher for the support & coordinates of the consultant.
iii) Business Development -
a) Bring in your connections: Members bring their family, friends & connection to the Thursday open forum (6.30 to 7.00 pm) wherein they get a coach from YML CMC.
b) Corporate Enquiries: Thank you YML CMC members for bringing-in corporate enquiries.

Objective 3. Networking, peer-to-peer learning, and developing core competencies:
Process / Action -
i) Networking - YML CMC has 100+ members (and continuously growing) providing an opportunity for the coaches to network & collaborate.
MML has coaches on board from across the globe (18 countries) & we have a session each quarter wherein these international coaches conduct an interactive session at YML CMC.
ii) Peer-to-Peer Learning - Once a month (second Thursday of every month from 7.00 to 8.30 pm IST), one of the YML CMC members conducts a session (related to Coach Competency Development / Professional Development / Coaching Business / Any domain expertise such as EI, NLP, Positive Psychology, CQ, SQ, Agile Coaching, Team Coaching etc).
iii) Developing Core Competencies - Once a month (third Thursday of every month from 7.00 pm to 8.30 pm IST), a Demo session is conducted at YML CMC wherein one of the experienced coaches (from YML CMC) coaches one of the members of YML CMC & other members record their observations in the OCS format (8 CCs & 37 PCC Markers' Evidence Recording). This Demo & Observation session follows by a break-out room discussion in the small groups.
This reflective observation and assessment practice help all the YML CMC members to develop their coach competencies.
Note: Once a quarter, the MML faculty coach (MCC / PCC) conducts a Demo at YML CMC.

Objective 4. Sharing best practices, success stories & lessons learnt by the professional coaches-in-the-making:
Process / Action -
YML CMC members conduct sessions on their credentialing journey, credentialing exam, any lessons learnt from the coaching practice, and any new technology/coaching platform they are using.
